Forney Texas Elections - Ballots and Results

Nov. 04, 2025 General and Joint Elections Constitutional Amendment and Joint Election .      

Here are the applications to file for a place on the ballot, which you may file from Jan. 15 to Feb. 14: City of Forney and the Forney ISD.

Early voting is Oct. 20 - Oct. 31
You may apply for a Ballot-by-Mail at the state or at Kaufman County if you:
  • Are age 65+
  • Are Disabled
  • expect to be absent from the county
  • Are confined in jail, but otherwise eligible

Your application must be received by the Early Voting Clerk by Feb. 18.

To vote in person, you may take advantage of early voting from Oct. 20 - Oct. 31 , or wait until election day on Nov. 04.
